低壓制櫃/配電櫃圖（LV Switchboard Details）是低壓制櫃/配電櫃供貨商在開始製造前呈交的一份詳細標明櫃的尺寸，所有保護/控制元件，以及低壓電路的一份圖紙。這份圖紙的細節關乎低壓制櫃/配電櫃有沒有符合技術說明spec的要求。

應對策略：
檢查每倉櫃進線的數量，大小，櫃上方有無足夠的進線空間，是否需要加裝cable entry box。如果需要增設，要在低壓櫃圖上反映出來。對於wall mounted櫃要留意是否有足夠位置出線。
4. Labeling on LV switchboard subject to separate submission approval.
低壓配電櫃的銘牌也是十分重要的，一般會集中在另外一份特別的submission裏面進行統一審批。英文/中文字跡的大小、字體要注意跟到技術說明及COP的要求。中英文要對應。特別留意：“open”和“closed”的翻譯，為“開閘”/“斷開” /“開”和“合閘”/“閉合”/“關”。另外，在ATS上normally closed是常開，normally open是常關，有時中文的翻譯一個字的差別，意思會完全不同。
應對策略：
仔細檢查銘牌上的內容、字體、大小等等，準備好一份submission供審批。
5. Subject to CLP/HEC’s approval on schematic/setting out of the main incomer.
低壓制櫃的電力公司進線位置需要與電力公司所批出的牛房圖的cable trench相一致，否則會影響將來放線。
應對策略：
檢查CLP/HEC之前所批出的牛房/低壓制房電纜線坑圖紙（cable trench layout）。
6. According to technical specifications, both incoming, outgoing, and section ACBs should be 4 pole types. However, some section/outgoing ACBs (TPN) are found in this submission.
這個條款並不一定適用於所有項目，需要根據項目的實際情況及技術說明所規定的要求進行審查。某些項目要求低壓制櫃所有的出現保護開關均需要4 pole制。因此，低壓制圖上一定要反映為 4p的ACB及 MCCB。
應對策略：
根據項目的具體技術說明，檢查所有出線保護開關的極數。
7. According to technical specifications, all MCCBs inside the LV switchboard shall be Plug-in-type. However, some D.O.T. 800A 4P MCCBs were found in this submission. Please clarify.
同上條，這個條款並不一定適用於所有項目，需要根據項目的實際情況及技術說明所規定的要求進行審查。要留意所安裝的MCCB的種類為plug-in type還是draw-out type。現時常用的MCCB（<800A）一般常見plug-in type，800A的MCCB常見draw-out type。但實際800A用ACB較為常見。
應對策略：
根據項目的具體技術說明，檢查所有出線保護開關MCCB的type。
8. According to technical specifications, the non-essential (Normal) section should comply with Form 3b and the essential section should comply with Form 4b. Therefore, please markup the format in each Panel/Switchboard in this submission.
低壓制櫃的form至關重要，關係到運營階段如果對個別櫃做modification或者mentainance時是否會影響到其他負載運行。現時，最嚴格的form一般為4b，但對於BS EN 61439，Form 4b又細化為type 4/5/6/7。細化了busbar seperation的要求。

Terminals for external cabling are not in the same compartment as the associated functional unit. Busbar, functional units and terminals are all fully segregated from each other. Busbar separation is achieved by insulated coverings sleeving, wrapping or coating
Form 4b Type 5, 6 & 7
As form 4b type 4
- Type 5 requires busbar separation by partitions and barriers with outgoing terminals separated by insulated coverings.
- Type 6 requires busbars and terminals are separated by partitions and barriers.
- Type 7 requires Individual, integral cable glanding facilities to be provided for each circuit. Busbars and extended terminals are separated by partitions and barriers.
應對策略：
低壓制櫃的form最終牽扯到制櫃的成本，因此一定要在前期工料審批的過程中要明確技術說明中對form的要求，在低壓制櫃圖中標明，同時要提供所製造的櫃form的詳圖供審批。
9. Please verify the location of the 30V DC battery charger and keep consistency with "SINGLE LINE BUSBAR DIAGRAM" and "FRONT VIEW OF LV SW BD".
這個條款其實涵蓋了其他設備，需要在審批的過程中核實低壓系統單線圖和低壓制櫃面板圖的位置是否有偏差。對於一些常常會忽略的設備要更加留意，例如DC Battery Charger，Surge Arrester，Panel Heater等等。
應對策略：
仔細核對低壓系統單線圖和低壓制櫃面板圖設備的位置。
10. According to technical specifications, the panel door will paint in RED for the (FS/Non-FS) Emergency/Essential sections and light grey for the normal sections. However, all CAT-2(Non-FS) switches were indicated in grey in this submission.
由於每單項目對於低壓制櫃的顏色的要求都不同，因此檢查時要根據項目以往經驗來判斷。某些項目長期都是normal櫃為灰白色，其他CAT1/CAT2都為紅色。某些項目CAT2櫃會單獨一個顏色（常常為橙色）。
應對策略：
根據業主對制櫃顏色的具體要求和意見進行更改。
11. According to technical specifications, the base frame at the bottom of the LV switchboard shall be a minimum height of 150mm. Only a 100mm base frame is indicated on the drawing. Please revise.
由於每單項目對於低壓制櫃的base frame的高度要求都不同，通常為100mm-150mm。有些項目還會有plinth（但不常見）。
應對策略：
根據業主對制櫃base frame的具體高度要求和意見進行更改。
12. According to technical specifications, please ensure that all control and indication components shall be mounted below 1,800 mm above the finished floor level.
一般情況制櫃的所有控制單元，包括所有需要手打嘅制，on/off switch，indication lamp的安裝高度都要求AFFL不要高過1800mm。主要是方便之後operator的維護。
應對策略：
根據業主對制櫃控制元件和開關的具體高度要求和意見進行更改。
13. Please show the termination point location for the signal interface with the BMS system.
BMS系統要跟低壓制櫃進行信號交接，一般情況中BMS的交接terminal會在低壓制櫃的背後靠上方。因此，BMS的trunking一般會在低壓制櫃背面上方。
應對策略：
提供BMS point的terminal在低壓制櫃的typical詳圖。
14. Please show the material and the thickness of the gland plate.
低壓制櫃面板的材料及厚度一般都會在spec中明確，亦需要在低壓制櫃圖中闡述。
應對策略：
寫明低壓制櫃面板的材料及厚度。
15. Please be reminded to submit the control wiring diagrams for review.
低壓配電櫃詳圖一般會結合配電單線圖，但對於各類保護開關/制的控制電路一般會有另外一套圖來闡明。控制電路圖包含保護元件、度量元件、ATS、BMS I/O point等控制邏輯電路。控制電路詳圖一般會在低壓配電櫃圖提交之後呈交。
應對策略：
準備控制電路圖control wiring diagrams並在之後呈交。但需要留意的是， control wiring diagrams一定要涵蓋所有的保護開關的類型。這個我們之後在control wiring diagrams的批圖金句文章中再作專門說明。
16. Please provide general notes and legend drawings.
由於低壓配電櫃詳圖並不是項目設計時就已經有的，需要靠承建商/供貨商提供。因此圖紙的general notes和legend尤為重要，必須要在圖紙中提供，而且要清楚和詳細。
應對策略：
提供完整的圖紙說明和圖例。
17. Please also state the following items in the NOTES:
- - Form type of the LV switchboard;
- - Material and thickness of sheet steel;
- - The degree of protection of enclosures (IP rating);
- - Cable size for control cable inside the LV switchboard;
在general notes裡要明確下列事項：1. 低壓制櫃的form；2. 面板的材質；3. 櫃的防水等級；4. control cable的線纜大小。尤其是第四點，需要留意的是control cable一般不得小於1.5sqmm。
應對策略：
與general notes中闡明低壓制櫃相關重要配置。
18. Please review the location of the cable entry box and if it is required for the LV switchboard.
低壓制櫃的進線方式往往需要櫃廠依據低壓制房內制櫃上方空間進行設計。若為低壓制櫃為上方進線，要檢查低壓制櫃上方是否已經預留足夠的进线空間。如果是電纜橋架（cable ladder）或者電纜托盤（cable tray）直接上方進線，則低壓制櫃上方需要預留至少500mm供電纜bending。如果空間不夠電纜直接bending，則需要考慮在低壓制櫃上方進線處增加進線箱（cable entry box）。有時當制櫃內的ACB安裝的的太高時，ACB至櫃頂的進線位置不夠的話也需要在櫃頂做進線箱。
應對策略：
檢查每倉櫃進線的數量，大小，櫃上方有無足夠的進線空間，是否需要加裝cable entry box。如果需要增設，要在低壓櫃圖上反映出來。對於wall mounted櫃要留意是否有足夠位置出線。（如第3款解釋）
19. Please review the power source of the panel heater and 30V DC battery charger.
對於normal制櫃panel heater 和 DC battery charger一般由Transfomer側供電。但對於emergency/essential櫃來說，正常狀態下，由Transfomer側供電，在緊急狀態下應由發電機側供電，因此，需要ATS從中進行切換。
應對策略：
檢查panel heater和battery charger的供電來源是否正確。
20. If the panel is without a busbar/ switch/control etc., it should be defined as a Dummy panel.
Dummy panel的排佈由供應商安排，適當的dummy panel可以作為spare將來添設新的出線，但過多的dummy panel由會增加制櫃的size，因此，合理的櫃面排佈至關重要。
應對策略：
檢查是否有過多的dummy panel，提供合理和適當的櫃面排佈。
21. The dimension of LVSBs shall be subject to the room layout approval of the related LV Switch Room.
低壓制櫃的實際size最終能否能放置在低壓制房。
應對策略：
檢查低壓制房詳圖，根據實際情況調整低壓制櫃排佈和尺寸。
22. All cable sizes indicated shall be subject to the approval of cable sizing design submission.
如第3款和第18款金句所講，電纜尺寸會影響低壓制櫃出線櫃的大小，以及是否需要增加cable entry box。
應對策略：
檢查所有出線電纜的大小是否與制櫃尺寸相匹配。
