對於低壓配電櫃控制電路圖,其中最重要的部分就是和BMS系統的交接,一般會在低壓制櫃的後方,有bms的接駁位。因此圖中會顯示有哪些點位是去到BMS系統,哪些點位是BMS系統輸入給到低壓配電櫃。對於一般的保護開關,保護開關的開、閉等狀態要給到BMS系統。對於有電錶的保護開關,就需要核查是否有High Level的數字信號參數給到bms交接點。低壓配電櫃的一些普通參數也要交接給BMS,例如, Battery charger是否會有alarm?Battery的電壓是否過低?Surge Protection Device裝置是否工作正常?有無報錯? Under voltage relay的工作是否正常?等等。
仔細檢查低壓配電系統圖,查看是否有元件在控制電路圖中的安裝次序與低壓配電系統圖中安裝不符。另外也要檢查是否有些特殊元件,在控制電路圖中較低壓配電系統圖遺漏。例如 under voltage relay以及surge protection device。
